Hi.
....
Um, Hi?
....
I said, HI. Hel-lo?
....

Um, whaddya doing there? Licking your feet? I like to put my feet in my mouth too. I can't do it right now since I seem to be stuck on my tummy, but see? We have that in common. We both love feet and we both like to lay on our tummies. Want to be friends?

Oh-kay. I can see you're not big into that whole sharing thing. I can respect that. To each his own, right?
....
Yeah.
Oh, I get it now. You're the strong, silent type. Actions instead of words, and all that. That's cool. I don't talk much either.
....

I like your collar. It's pretty. Red. I like red.
....
....

Watch it, kid. I could knock you over with my tongue. Come and talk to me when you have bananas stuck to your cheeks. Until then, shut up and leave me alone.

Dude. That smelled like feet. Can I interest you in a breath mint?
*sigh*
*sigh*

snicker. she's a persistent one, your li'l girl.
ReplyDeleteThey're both gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteOH, those cheeks! She just needs to hide some kibble in there and they'd be the best of friends.
ReplyDeleteGod, she is fascinated! Does she laugh her head off at the dogs? Once the food's flying down from the highchair, suddenly the baby is the dog's new best friend. Better than a Dustbuster.
ReplyDeleteheh heh
ReplyDeleteYep, just wait for food stuck to those lovely cheeks, they'll be the best of friends post-mealtimes.
;-)
I want to know what the pup has on his foot. Very intense about whatever it was. Great pictures and commentary.
ReplyDeleteGood gravy, she is adorable.
ReplyDeleteThat is adorable, both of them!
ReplyDeleteOh... so... cute.
ReplyDeleteOkay, now that is officially cute overload - stop it woman, your baby-animal combo packs a wallop.
ReplyDeleteThis is possibly the cutest post (not involving my baby of course) that I've seen this week. Seriously.
ReplyDeleteThat is freaking AWESOME.
ReplyDeleteVery cute. I love how the dog sits just out of her reach too.
ReplyDeleteI see a love affair beginning here. CC is the cutest and the dog is so sweet. It's nice to have some joyful times with the kids, huh?
ReplyDeleteaka JaniceNW
My girl's getting so big!
ReplyDeleteI love the face she's making in the last one. Now all you need is the dog with both kids and you've got major cute overload for everyone. Especially if you can get a doggy hug in there somewhere. I like the shirt too. It says I <3 my dog doesn't it?
ReplyDeleteHow adorable!!!
Vicki - Wow, I'm impressed. It does say I *heart* my dog. Good eyes!
ReplyDeletePatois - Unfortunately Fisher is a stress licker. He licks his feet out of boredom and when he's not pleased w/ the situation. In these pictures he's not very happy to be sharing my attention or the blanket. If he could, he'd push C.C. right off and lay on it himself.
You make my ovaries hurt, lady. :) SO cute.
ReplyDeleteYou've got a built in babysitter.
ReplyDeleteI'm willing to bet those cheeks taste yummy even without bananna on them. She is just so cute!!!!
ReplyDeleteSo cute! And your pup has mastered the "pity me" look, I see.
ReplyDeleteThat last picture is classic.
ReplyDeleteBabies and labs are adorable. Your baby and your lab are ridiculously adorable.
ReplyDeleteThat is SO cute and the commentary was spot on.
ReplyDeleteyour little girl is absolutely adorable. i loved seeing these pics of her with the doggie! too cute.
ReplyDeleteI loved this post! 'Twas really funny and sweet. Nicely done.
ReplyDeleteOk, that last picture is awesome. I mean sell it to a gift card company awesome. Or let me steal it and tell people it's mine awesome. Either way...
ReplyDeleteI hate to tell you this, CC, but dogs also lick their behinds...
ReplyDeleteCute pair you've got there. Nice dog and kid, too. ;^)
