Random acts of cuteness

Okay, I'm biased, but I have to ask... How can one kid possess so much cuteness?

Sometimes I have to remind myself that I made this delectable creature. And she's all mine and her Daddy's. At least until she discovers boys.

Or until the boys discover her.

  1. What an adorable little girl. You are so right just wait until the boys discover her...tell daddy to get that shot gun ready. Having it propped in the corner was always a good deterent or so I have been told.

  2. She is a beautiful little girl. Her eyes are just stunning.

My husband does stage combat, so he plans to practice a sword fight with a friend when Cordy has her first date. You know, when she's 30. :)

Delectable is such a great word for da babies... so sweet you just want to chew them up! I gotta control myself with my boy... I am sure you have the same problem with Chicky Baby.

  10. Too cute! You may need to borrow this quote from the Joan Cusak character in "Raising Helen": If you so much as blink in her direction, I will bury you so far in the earth that the heat from the core will burn your sorry ass"!

    Beautiful.

  13. oh Mrs. Chicky - she is beyond cute or adorable or words! That last one - with the teeth! And I agree, 30 is far too young to start dating.... oh my I don't even want to start thinking about the boys. I think we will both be beating the boys away at the door very soon. Thanks for sharing her - she made my Friday morning even brighter :)

  18. She is a cutie! Does she looks a lot like you? Because, maybe because of your profile pic, she looks sort of like a mini, more baby-faced version of how I picture you.

  24. oh my goodness...wow. She is sooo frickin' CUTE!!! aahh! I just want to munch her little fingers! (I mean in a nice way). Truly...so adorable. I think that we should start thinking now about how we're going to keep the boys away until she's 30. What are we gonna do??

  25. She is beyond adorable!

If I remember correctly, she's already been discovered by a boy at a book store. You maybe too late.

I think you will have to share her sweetness with the world, but take heart in knowing it will make the world a better place!

  28. Oy! Please don't mention boys to us moms of little girls. It is far too unsettling to think of a time when my daughter will have to deal with the wretched species.

  29. hey! you asked what i think you look like: probably kinda tall (note that everyone is tall to me b/c i'm 5'1"--although i tell people i'm 5'3" and until about 4 months ago i actually thought i was 5'2" talk about misconception!!) and slender with light brown hair. i picture you as my age (i'm 23) but not b/c your writing sounds juvenile b/c your writing is awesome but b/c i feel like everyone is my age. i read a blog the other day and the woman said she was a grandma and i was SHOCKED! could've sworn she was my age! i was actually surprised that you said 10 years ago you were thinking of getting married. i would've assumed you were 13 ten years ago. anyway, i feel like you'd have dark eyes but maybe not since chicky baby's seem to be light. so there...that's as good as i can describe how i picture you. i will say, though, that chicky baby looks just like you :)
